Hurrican Dorian

Well, Dorian is about 70 miles from Florida and I'm monitoring 7.268 Mhz. Every now and then somebody comes on and asks if there is any traffic. I'm pretty sure its going to stay that way for a while until Dorian gets closer. I think I'll just monitor it off and on until things start jumping. I've also got my 440 DMR radio on and I haven't heard squat. Since they've got that all linked up Worldwide, USA, Statewide, and local. I would have expected to hear some traffic. So far, just crickets.

funny, with the Dorian on course, i would figure some radio checks while there's still time to correct faults.
