Yep.... That actually could be it. One night I punched the Filter from Filter 1 to Filter 2 and Filter 3 and lost the digital receive. I've also had occassion where I had the Squelch slider too high up and the signal never reached the squelch bar and I couldn't copy the digital signal. Also, having the IF Shift slid over a bit could take your receive out of the passband and cause digital receive issues. Since you were tyransmitting as well as you normally do, I think its one of those above problems.
