In November my wife and I joined a senior citizen center and it has a brand new gym. We started working out five days a week but that got to play havoc on our life so we cut it down to four days a week. Boy was I out of shape, I had trouble lifting a forty pound bag of salt for the water softener, well yesterday I bought three bags. I just picked them up and threw them on the cart and then I threw them into my car. Was I proud of myself.
A machine similar to this:

What I'm getting at is you don't realize how much muscle you loose as you age. You tend do things the easy way, I know I did.
Most senior centers take people 55 and older and I know there are people on this board over 55.

Awesome JoJo!
Max Velocity has a great program that I have been meaning to do. http://www.maxvelocitytactical.com/tactical-training/pt-training-plans/ (http://www.maxvelocitytactical.com/tactical-training/pt-training-plans/) However nobody wants to do it with me. You need a foil to play off of.
