Hey Guys and Gals UnBroken here Again
My wife/ Trainer Changed my workout routine and one of the new things on it that i figured may help everyone on here, no matter your level of fitness.
Tabata Workout is this
Intervals of 20 seconds doing (Squats, Crunches, Pushups and pull ups.) 10 second rests
Repeat this eight times. total workout 16 minutes. do it once a day
4 minutes doing just one workout at a time.
