Title: Spring: Time to Get in Shape You Couch Potato's
Post by: JohnyMac on March 24, 2015, 10:44:21 AM
OK, I will admit straight-up I have put on about half of what I lost last year this winter. I have many excuses but they do not change the facts.

So what are you doing to get back into shape this spring? If you haven't fallen out of shape what did you do during the winter to stay that way?

This short video produced by Max Velocity comes to mind. Enjoy you couch potato's

Exercise must become an habit, otherwise what you achieve is lost quickly.
I can tell you that from personal experience LOL, now I'm trying to get the habit of running 2 or 3 times a week, but I'm an expert at finding excuses  :dancingBanana:
