I'm adding it as an attachment for those that don't have FB- also if you have a headache and or sinus infection you likely live in the AO that this mess fell in. The FB post says : Stay out of the rain for the next couple of days and make sure your home air purifiers are in working order...
(currently here in NEPA- my wife, son and I all have headaches/sinus issues likely caused by this that started last weekend.) This might be worth a sickness survey for PA residents in the affected areas.
