Last year I was getting back into shape and once again injured myself.
So Stopped working out but still ate normal.
By early March I had blown up to over 260 lbs, a gain of 25 lbs!!!!
So I got serious starting with a long work trip where I only ate the free hotel breakfast and at end of shift instead of going to the Bar/restaurant with my collegues I would go to the hotel gym or pool ( sometimes both in a row).. this trip was 3 weeks long...
Lost 7 lbs on that 3 week trip BUT my increases in shape was much greater than that number would indicate as I felt my agility strength and wind coming back.
When I got back home I continued a good exercise regiment and less food ( though both improvements less extreme than on that trip)
Even so I kept losing weight albeit slower.
Than I got sick last week and I lost another 5lbs in a single week.
Its a bit of cheating but I'll take it.
I am resolved to keep going down in weight.
