im pretty stoked lol
just been busting my ass lots of push ups, sit ups (weighted also), flutter kicks, planks, hammer curls, preacher curls, bicep curls, free weights out the ass, pull ups, and cardio.
im missing a bunch of other good workouts but i can think of them right now.
and ive been taking the cheap whey protien from wally world, and it worked pretty good! lol
