i put on 10lbs and a whole mess of strength

and really toned up, in the last month.5

im pretty stoked lol

just been busting my ass lots of push ups, sit ups (weighted also), flutter kicks, planks, hammer curls, preacher curls, bicep curls, free weights out the ass, pull ups, and cardio.

im missing a bunch of other good workouts but i can think of them right now.

and ive been taking the cheap whey protien from wally world, and it worked pretty good! lol

kinda.. the longest run i have gone on in the last 2 months is 4 miles but i run it as hard as i can. and i do sprints with a 15lb plate over my head. and burpees, mountain climbers ect....

kinda.. the longest run i have gone on in the last 2 months is 4 miles but i run it as hard as i can. and i do sprints with a 15lb plate over my head. and burpees, mountain climbers ect....

 Good trash. I have been stepping my cardio up a lot more i do an hour of heavy cardio of some kind 4 times a week. The most I have ran timed distance was 4 miles also and i thi.k i did it in under 40 min.

From what I hear they have done away with the apft and now do something simmular to what the marine corp is doing now and the most you have to run now ia 1.5 miles ... Idk anymore

yeah i havent timed anything in over a year lol!! i just run until my legs give out, or almost, i puke alot lol

well i try and wait an hour or two lol normally its just dry heaving which is way worse IMO

Holy shit. They are giving you your ship test now. They gave me mine after i came back from meps.... Yea I got e 3 aswell . It fuckin rocks.... Congrats bro . I'll see us on the other side of the green line
