Trust me spirit when you get into a serious relationship you'll "train" your ass off. Anyway I do push ups, sit ups, dry fire and room clearing, then I walk down to 7-11 to get a slurpee and back it's about 3/4 of a mile then I'm on the exercise bike for as long as my knee can take it.

i ussually just jog on the street bear foot and then just do different exercise depending on the day
my work out plan:
monday arms
tuesday : i practice martial arts
wednesday: torso
thursday: martial arts
friday: legs

morning: wrestling/free weights
afternoon: wrestling
evening/night: more wrestling
night: 2-6 mile run

then i get to the gym like twice a month to sparr the shit out of people
then i shoot daily and do weapons drills daily

You got it right about marrige. Oddly enough its a contract between you, partner and the state.  Kooky. Yes when I was married I was at the gym all the time. Had Id been a prepper at that time, she would think Im f*&^%g nuts.

Monday: 12 mile run
Tuesday: upper body
Wednesday: 5-10 Mile ruck
Thursday: Lower body
Friday: PT Comp

Slow down junior! we are the same age and i dont see how you want to get married already! Trust me it not like dating where you can say its over. Once you get married you are on a leash for the rest of your life.

Any ways heres mine
Every other day at least a 1 mile run, lift weights. walk a couple miles fast pace daily and the biggest of ALL is trying not to think about being married!  [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at

That's a great attitude to have about relationships young one, but don't forget to have fun while you can- it will result in a happier, healthier relationship when you meet that special someone that just won't leave you alone.  Speaking of which, the kind of fun I'm referring to also happens to be an awesome way to get your cardio up and stay fit.  Just don't forget to wrap it up, lest your pt will be chasing rugrats around ;D
