I have never had any of this, but I have tried two different “all in one foods”. I tried Soylent back in the day and I am currently trying Huel. Both are powders that you mix with water and contain all the calories/vitamins/minerals the human body needs. It tastes like oat water but it keeps you healthy. Many people experiment with different flavours to make it taste better like cinnamon, cocoa, coffee etc.
