I am thinking (always a scary scenario) of getting in shape for the summer BEFORE the summer arives. I thought it might be fun to do it as a team to help each other through the tough parts with moral support and competition.

I was thinking of the second one down on the order page
"12 weeks to a MVTraining camp 5-7 hrs a week" I know that many on the UP forum are not interested in taking a MV training camp however I thought the curriculum sounded like something we all could do and get in shape before Memorial Day weekend (End of May for you folks not in the US
ofA).
If the folks that completed the class wanted to take one of his patrolling classes once we completed the PT program all the better. Maybe those folks could all meet and do a UP MVT class.
