Hey there Boys & Girls UnBroken here again.

This time its about circuit course training. Now i would only add things that have worked for me. When i Started getting into physical fitness i was told the only thing stopping you is yourself.

circuit training  takes that saying to a different level. the whole point to circuit training is to not be comfortable ......EVER!! if you are comfortable, then you are doing something wrong. there are my different types of circuit training. ones you can do from the gym, home or out in a park. the one that i have  seen the most results in is the home workout. f you have any questions just ask.

Before any workout i ask that you warm up. warming up is just getting your heart going and your lungs to open up. ....you dont need to break a sweat to be warmed up.

Home circuit training

this is nothing but your own body weight to use.

25 standard length push ups. Standard length is straight down from your shoulders.

25 Diamond push ups. Make a diamond with your hand and get as low as you can. if you cant make a diamond get your hands as close as you can.

25 leg raised push ups. raise your legs to where they are equal to your back and do a standard push up. when this becomes easy you need to raise your legs more( no jokes reaver :)))

25 sit ups: lift your body to the point where it makes a 90 degree angle.

25 squats. google it.

30 leg lifts: do not let your feet touch the ground. have them get as low as you can BUT DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH!!

in between each exercise. run in place for 45 seconds and go back to it.

if doing this becomes easier. then do it again. :)

Park circuit training

This is the same work out as above but you are outside and dodging dog turds
