the waters 2.99 on sale here in CA... but i did find this for 2.99 also.... its around 14oz... probably good for a EDC bag where size is a big factor. Or really any time you just need a smaller container you can boil in.

That's a very good price. I usually pick up cases of H20 when it dips below $2.50 per case.

Not a scientist but you might want to check into the kinds of coating on that bottle.  If it is lined with anything at all you may not want to expose it to extreme heat or flame.  But let us know if you try it out!  ;D

Lets see you have that attitude when its almost impossible to find DRINKABLE sources of water in your area.  Prep for everything or get blindsided...
