BP Medical Supplies On EBay

Here is the skinny on my EBay headache involving BP Medical Supplies http://myworld.ebay.com/bpmedicalsupplies21.  I purchased what was described and pictured to be a BOX of 12 rolls of 2" x 4.1 yard gauze.  What I received was a bag of gauze that was a different brand and not near the length that was advertised.  When I received the package I emailed the seller right away.  They quickly offered me a refund, admitted that the ad was false and misleading, and said they would take the product back.  When I told them I would send it back after they sent me a return package for it they tried to get me to keep the bandages and accept like a 35% refund. 

Basically, stay away from this EBay seller.  They admitted to false advertising and are trying to play games to where they don't have to pay me a refund.  I'm also putting up a video about it on my channel.

They are listed on Paypal as everready first aid and medical supply corp.

That sucks Outonowhere!  I've never been screwed over on Ebay or any of the gun auction sites.  I can imagine you must be pretty angry.  I'd be fuming.  Sorry man.

UPDATE: ok, so here is where I am.  i have been issued a full refund and at this point am (I guess) waiting on a package from them to return the gauze they sent.  Also, I found Sterile gauze 12 4in x 4.1yard rolls for about the same price on amazon.  Didn't shop around enough apparently lol.

So, while their customer service is OK... after they tried hard to convince me NOT to get a full refund, they ADMITTED to false or at LEAST misleading advertisement on Ebay. 

VERDICT: STAY AWAY FROM BP MEDICAL SUPPLIES ON EBAY.
