Now what appears to have happened is two seemingly "intoxicated" females tried to use a 50 at McD's to pay for their order.  When the clerk, who happens to be a felon, questions the validity of the bill the cuss at him and one of the females slaps him (assault).  Both females make their way behind the counter while he goes off to the back.  He comes out with a metal rod and lays a beating on the two. 

What I got from this story:

1. The females are not victims in this and should get at least pub intox (if applicable), the one should get battery and the should both get more than just "menacing"...
2. It was self defense for him till one point: he used a weapon.  The women were supposedly unarmed during this so by using what could have been a deadly weapon would be seen as excessive force.  Also, once the women were laying on the ground (I'm assuming since the counter was in the way) the attack should have stopped.

All in all though he used excessive force the women asked for it.  But its very clear that the media, at least this outlet, is trying to paint the story differently.

I know it's a brave new world and women are supposed to be considered the equal of men but I just can't bring myself to live that.  There used to be a code among men that you didn't lay a hand on a woman unless she was trying to kill you.  You could restrain them but you didn't beat the hell out them.  That's still how I feel about things and I hope I'm not the only one. 

Did the females used to take advantage of that.  Yep, occasionally.  But let's face it.  The strongest female, and I don't care what she thinks she knows,  doesn't possess the ability to really hurt a guy badly without a weapon.  If you've never been slapped than you haven't really been trying and have missed out on a lot of what grown men live for.

This guy just puts a knot in my stomach and makes me want to shove that bar up his ass.  Any guy that would beat a woman like that may think he's a bad ass dangerous man, but he's a sniveling pu@@y in my opinion.

i agree and dissagree...what i see in that video is one man beating the crap out of two other men.. ever heard the saying in quail hunting "if it runs like a rabbit then shoot it like a rabbit" ?...same applies here "if she acts like a dude and hits like a dude then beat her ass like a dude".

i wouldnt allow that low level of a life form to hit me just because it happens to be female in sex. im better then them no matter what sex they are and simply wont allow that trash to bring me down.

and sledge not attacking you personally but the way your talking reminds me of those guys that the second they hear "that dude just hit a girl" you go destroy the guy without any further information. ive seen guys get beat to hell on a whim of a person yelling that. woman use this to there advantage and some times will fake that theyve been hit just so others around will beat that guy up. woman are just as ruthless as men. and when they take it to a physical level its me VS. you and im not losing.

Yep, I'm that guy.  If a women has been hit it's pretty obvious.  It leaves marks and swelling.  So false flags are nonsense.  A woman may be a bitch, but I'm not gonna beat the hell out her just cause I can.  There are a lot of males out there.  But being a "man" is a whole different ball of wax.  Being a "man" comes with responsibilities and a self enforced code of conduct.

in a setting thats dark with lots of people i highly doubt you have time to wait for swelling and inspect her face...it happens all the time. wether you want to beleive it or not it does.
now perhaps in the past when most woman acted like ladies and were respectful and valued how people veiwed them id be on board with you...but theres a whole new breed of bitches out there...half man half woman. and i cant simply allow a personal injury to occur just because she was born female and decided she wants to use that to her advantage to injure me and get away with it. i wouldnt attack her...so why would it be ok for her to attack me? once youve crossed that line you are no longer a lady... ladies dont do that.. the second she takes that swing or what ever she has turned in her woman card for the thug card. and i dont like getting beat up by thugs.

now if a lady has been hit thats BS and id defend her much more agrressively then i would a man. but in a situation where im not certain what has happened such as a large crowd of drunk people in a dark place i wouldnt run in dropping bombs on anyone... id simply defend not attack.

I can see that I'm severely outnumbered on this subject.  It must show how men's attitudes towards women have changed in the past few decades.  Well, women wanted equality, it looks like they got it.  Fortunately for me, in the four walls that I live in, we still live by a different kind of code that was apparently lost somewhere along the way.  (It's amazing how much stuff we've lost along the way.)   

Everyone knows I'm an old fashioned kind of guy who holds those things important.  I have reasons for it but it really doesn't matter to other people.  As for the rest of the world, it is what it is.

Men are different than women in "many" different ways,  physically and psychologically.  I don't think you can treat a woman like a man or expect her to act like a man, or a man like a women for that matter.  But there are those who try.

I totally respect your opinion Sledge, but maybe it's not the our views that have changed.  No guy on here would ever advocate meaningless violence against a weaker person, but these "women" we are talking about are a far cry from the damsels you may be thinking of.  There is a major physical, biological, mental shift happening to young women today, that must be addressed by us realistically.  It's not an us or them issue, it's a serious change in behavior that's leading to this new way of dealing with women...

I'm with 505th on this one.  It's not our morals that have changed, it's the women (if you can call them that) that have changed.  I understand that not all women are like the ones in the video, but I think we can all agree that the quality of people today are different that that of what we all grew up with.

Agreed.  I'm not condoning beating women, although there are some out there that deserve it.

I use the 5 hit rule.  I'll allow a woman to hit me 5 times before I hit her once, and I let them know this beforehand.  Had an ex-girlfriend get up to 4 once. 

In hindsight, I should of kicked her right in the cabbage patch but was afraid I'd loose my sneaker.
