Why aren't they being indited?

 If you follow the news regularly you've seen that there is enough information to indite thousands of people for sedition and other high crimes in connection with the Trump witch hunt. According to Judicial Watch even Obama is guilty of passing classified information to unauthorized congressmen.

(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today released two sets of heavily redacted State Department documents, 38 pages and 48 pages, showing classified information was researched and disseminated to multiple U.S. Senators by the Obama administration immediately prior to President Donald Trump’s inauguration. The documents reveal that among those receiving the classified documents were Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD), and Sen. Robert Corker (R-TN).

Judicial Watch obtained the documents through a June 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the State Department after it failed to respond to a February 2018 request seeking records of the Obama State Department’s last-minute efforts to share classified information about Russia election interference issues with Democratic Senator Ben Cardin (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:18-cv-01381)).

The documents reveal the Obama State Department urgently gathering classified Russia investigation information and disseminating it to members of Congress within hours of Donald Trump taking office.

WHY isn't anything being done??? There has to be a reason and I don't think President Trump is scared but with an acting AG there isn't anyone in his way.
We have lawyers and retired government people on this forum who might just come up with an understandable reason. Please try!

I am very disgusted with the DOJ and ultimately the FBI. If I did just 10% of what the players in this drama did, I would already be in prison waiting for my trial.

MrsMac and I were listening to Rush one day last week when a caller asked him "Why doesn't Trump release/declassify all of the information on this drama?"

Rush's reply was, "Timing."

Trump is in part a showmen and will release the info when it will best benefit his 2020 run for reelection.

I don't know.

When/if Trump releases the info I'll bet dollars to doughnuts that absolutely nothing will happen to anyone. They will certainly be a lot of chest pounding about who is wrong and who is justified and bla bla bla, maybe one or two lower level people will get fired but not one person will go to jail.

Soon we will be known as the USSA (united socialists states of america)
