The m203 is the US 40mm launcher
That looks like it's Russian cousin the gp-30 or 25  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GP-25)

The round is actually caseless unlike the 203.
Other then that I know nothing more about it other than what's on wikipedia.
