As we learned Saturday morning that there was a shooting in Austin, Texas Early Saturday morning. Austin police where searching for two suspects however would not release a description of the suspects sought.

Today, Austin police have one suspect in custody and are search for still searching for another. No name or physical description of the arrested suspect or the one still on the lam. Why?

I suspect this is due to racism on the part of the Austin City Government and Police.

Stay tuned

GTR - Guess The Race      The lame stream media has been doing this for years, no mention of race when the suspected perpetrator is black.  Let's see, blacks make up 13-15% of our population, yet they commit 40-50% of the crimes.  The pendulum is starting to swing the other way in regards to black behavior acceptance.  The silent majority is getting tired of their crap.  The Democrats and BLM's actions are actively inciting a race war.

Meawhile, Lyin' Biden is trying to incite a World War, with NATO's antics in regards to the Ukraine.

Fox news interviewed the brother and father of the victim.

The brother said due to an active investigation they are limited on what they can say. But did say the shooters were from rival groups shooting at each other and his brother was caught in the crossfire. In other words, gangbangers, 99% chance minority and very high chance illegally in the Country.

Its high time Texans take things into their own hands before the feds end up giving it back to mexico via the unarmed invasion

A deadly weekend mass shooting in Austin’s famed entertainment district arose from a feud between two groups of Central Texas teenagers, according to a police affidavit filed Wednesday.

Harker Heights High School student Jeremiah Tabb, 17, was arrested at school Monday and remained in Travis County Jail on Wednesday. He is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in prison.

Bond is set at $500,000, but a police spokesman said it was unclear if he had an attorney to speak on his behalf.

In the arrest affidavit filed by Austin police filed in a Travis County district court Wednesday, a wounded male juvenile is quoted as telling detectives at an Austin hospital that he was with friends on East Sixth Street, a famous entertainment strip, when they began exchanging stares with a youth he identified as JT and JT's friends.

The male juvenile, who was not identified by name, said he had attended the same Killeen middle school as JT, who said to the juvenile's group, “What y'all wanna do? Y'all wanna fight?” The juvenile said he answered, “It's whatever," at which point JT pulled a handgun from his waistband and opened fire. A companion of the juvenile, also a juvenile, drew his own gun and returned fire. One person was killed and more than a dozen others were wounded.

Police showed a yearbook photo of Tabb to the hospitalized juvenile, who identified him as the one who shot him. He told police that Tabb had already shot him in the leg in Killeen a few days earlier. Police in Killeen, 70 miles (113 kilometers) north of Austin, have a complaint on file from that shooting, according to the affidavit.

Police found eight spent shell casings on the sidewalk where Tabb and his group were standing, all of which were determined to have likely come from the same gun, the affidavit states. There was no word on whether shell casings were found in the street, where the juvenile's group was walking.

The juvenile gunman also remained under detention. Police have released no information on that suspect, nor on whether they have determined who fired the shot that killed Douglas John Kantor, 25.

Someone send me a nickel.

It's been said elsewhere that the U.S. doesn't have a gun problem, we have a problem with black criminals and other criminals who use guns.  If law enforcement personnel actively enforced existing gun laws, there would be a significant decrease in crime.  The justice system has been manipulated for too long.  Releasing criminals without bail, and releasing criminals early does not help society.

The woke movement favors the criminal, and the media doesn't help the situation.  So remember...GTR when a media source doesn't give details about the perpetrator.

Its a shame none of the reporters asked if either "group of teens" were part of a larger group and if either of the groups had a name. Off the top of my head I'd guess bloods or crips, maybe ms13

I truly think that young people do not understand several things.

1) Once a bullet leaves the gun, it can not be put back in the firearm not unlike tooth paste squeezed from a tube.
2) Bullets destroy. I suspect that young people do not hunt anymore and they do not understand this.
3) Protein does not come wrapped plastic, from your grocery store. Re read number 2.
4) When I was in high school, there was a NRA Hunter Safety Class taught for boys and girls during one semester during
the winter semester of gym. I think it was 10th grade, 1972. OMG, you even got to shoot .22 LR bolt action rifles. In
11th grade winter gym, we did archery.

“The children now love luxury; they have bad manners, contempt for authority; they show disrespect for elders and love chatter in place of exercise. Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households. They no longer rise when elders enter the room. They contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up dainties at the table, cross their legs, and tyrannize their teachers.”- Socrates

And who is to blame? The kids or parents?
