Yes it is true, while waiting in the drive through at Hardee's, the FBI seized Mike Lindell's cell phone.
At this time it is unknown if Lindell's phone was seized due to the fact he was buying food from Hardee's or for his friendship with former President Donald J. Trump.
On his podcast, "Frank Speech: The Lindell Report," Lindell detailed how he was issued the subpoena while waiting for his food and he was questioned about a Colorado clerk, Tina Peters, who is being charged in what prosecutors say was a "deceptive scheme" to breach voting system technology used across the country. As a local side note, a home owner in Wayne County, Pennsylvania, was given a ticket because they were hanging Pro-Trump flags from several trees, on their property, along the county road.
