Title: Top IRS official will invoke 5th Amendment

This is a legal maneuver by Ms. Lerner's legal team to get her immunity before she testifies. We can only hope that once she is given immunity, the trail will lead to the White House.

Yup and Chairman Issa screwed up and let her go. He should of asked her a few questions and when she sited the 5th again hauled her ass out in hand cuffs. You can't make a statement then site the 5th.  [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at

Not literally, but you know what I mean. It's nicer than saying I'd love to see her gag balled, hog tied, bent over, and plowed   :))
