Wait. Is this going to be like when Acorn offered up money and cigs for a vote? Because if that's the case we're gonna lose. On the other hand. I'll be buying two or three of those puppies. Nothing like a good gun project for some father son time. It wouldn't definitely beat the 500 piece plastic models  :'(

oh shit i see the prices of M1s going down soon! and how cool would it be to have one used by a korean in the korean war...

the ONLY way i would vote for obama is if he, repealed the NFA '34 AND 68 86 sections, Patriot Act, NDAA, refused his salary for the next 4 years, didnt spend a dime more than we had, told jerry brown to suck a d*ck and repeal all CA laws, and clapped his hands while doing a handstand...and more stuff i cant think of at the moment.

Lets all keep our eyes open for when they hit the market. If they in fact hit the street in the $220-$250- range it would be great to buy a few.

I would think these would be sold for around $400 - $600 by the time the consumer gets them, depending on condition. I like your price range better JM, but can't see them selling for that cheaply.

Damn over 200,000 M1 carbines, man the price for those things would drop dramatically and I could finally get my girlfriend one. Although I kinda doubt they will let in the carbines.  :'(
