As reported; financial , flight bookings and more impacted.  Let's ensure that we are not totally dependednt upon commercial infrastructure. Second time in a year this has happened. that they are mentioning.

   Not a fan of Rogers Communications.  They were usually the sole wireless provider during my travels in Ontario and Quebec, and they charged exorbitant wireless fees to use their network.  I'd usually turn off my cellphone to avoid their roaming fees.
