i recommend checking the CDC link and then excess deaths - you can redefine this any way you want, for any reason you want but dead is dead.  I posted about this earlier in this pandemic - about Spain, i think.  you can paint it any color you want but excess deaths are very hard to fudge or hide.

yes most of them are elderly - the elderly in general have a tougher time with diseases.  But, CoViD-19  can shave years off of their lives. 
is the implication then that the elderly are expendable?

if the issue is the referenced & implied coverup then i would like to point out that this "hoax" has and is killing people and the current administration controls, directly, the CDC and how they do business.  I would simply ask an old question "Cui Bono?".

I think i'm done posting or replying on this issue.  I only wish that the 'anti-vaccers' and people who think CoViD-19, et.al. is a hoax or only kills old people - would only hurt themselves in this seemingly religious belief and not the most vulnerable among us.

When a disease is created in a laboratory and the media is bombarding me 24 hours a day with BS propaganda about how I'm going to die if I don't do what they say, then I start to develop a strong dislike for the taste of "Kool Ade". Every once in a while, I hear a little bit of news about how the numbers have had to be slightly adjusted because of an occasional error in data collection. Error in data collection?? No. Your ass got caught fudging the numbers.

The disease is clearly real. The question you have to ask yourself is why the disease exists in the first place. It was created in a laboratory. Why was it created in a laboratory? Who is trying to get rid of who and why? Why are we being manipulated to be afraid of a disease that is less lethal than the ordinary seasonal flu? We all know that there are snakes outside and there is nothing wrong with warning people to watch out for them. However, when you are bombarded 24 hours a day with, "Don't go outside because there are snakes out there." then something is rotten in Denmark.

Look at the numbers and think a bit.

If the death before it normally would have without Covid19 then the death can be attributed to effects of the virus.

Forget the US numbers that many refuse to trust in any way. Look at the numbers from here in the UK. They have been very carefully recorded and reported. The Office Of National Statistics have made sure to separate people that died from the virus and those that died with the virus. So our numbers are correct.

While this is not a world ending situation. Our societies are and will experience some tough times. I thought everyone here were preppers. You know? Share info and knowledge that can assist in surviving when times get bad?

Or has this group devolved into the trap other forums have fallen into? Echo Chambers for wild conspiracies and places where the most discussed items are wild speculation?

As I've said countless times, there is well over 98% survival rate, that is NOTHING to worry about. I'll be prepping and saving my mask for real threats, not some little virus that the govt. tells me I need to fear...
