Kennedy is the swing.
Breyer is left.
Ginsberg is far left.
Breyer is 78 yrs 7 mths.
Kennedy is 80 yrs 8 months.
Ginsberg is 84 yrs 0 mths
Strong rumors (very strong) of a resignation after the docket is closed for the year. Biggest bet is on Kennedy. That will be late June or early July. The next docket starts the first Monday in October.
Where do you put your nickel regarding who and second nickel on what happens if Ted Cruz or Mike Lee is nominated?
Biggest bet is on Kennedy resigning but think about either of the others.
Think a bit and note that other thing I just put up from Tucker Carlson about Venezuela.
I would not be surprised to see the Guard in the streets in some of the bigger cities.

I think all three over the next year and a half.
Baring a illness or death, I think the first to go will be Associate Justice Ginsberg. Followed by Associate Justice Kennedy, then Associate Justice Breyer.
Ginsberg has been threatening to leave for several years now. Kennedy has also been making some "exit stage left" noise.
Now with that written: Who is it to say that a current Constitutionalist would not take the opportunity to leave with Mr. Trump in the White House.
Now my opinion...I do not care if a nominated Associate Justice is liberal/conservative or Democrat/Republican as long as they are a Constitutionalist and did not feel that they had a legal right to legislate.

I think Clarence Thomas wants to retire.
Also Alex Jones says Trump told him he wants to appoint Judge Andrew Napolitano. Napolitano seems too old to be a lasting justice and I think he has health problems.
