    That is interesting.  It looked like a petroleum film dispersed into the water.  Things just keep biting the Lyin' Biden administration in the ass, and they just keep doing the wrong thing.

Question: Is the balloon drama a way to divert your eyes from this derailment, one in FL. and the truck crash in AZ. All of which is releasing nasty crap into the environment.

The drinking water standard for vinyl chloride is 2 parts per billion.
This number is used by most states.

The CAS number for vinyl chloride is 75-01-4 and here is a link to the Pennsylvania standards.

Then select Table 1 for standards or table 5 for toxicity.
