Title: Senator Ted Cruz Filibustering

 Senator Cruz is filibustering as I type in the Senate. To watch go to C-Span2.

I am rather surprised that nobody has commented as to date.  :facepalm:

How long should he filibuster to stop the senate of discussing Obamacare?

Here in Argentina filibustering doesn't exist, and I doubt any of our politicians has the compromise to do something like that.

I just read that technically he isn't filibustering and that he will need to stop talking before Wednesday when the voting should take place

IMO, I tip my hat to Sen. Cruz. I respect a man or women who does what they say they will do. He along with Rand, Lee, Sessions, to name a few are men of honor.

Sen. Cruz has been on his feet 18hrs 20+ minutes as I type.

Fox News is calling it a speech not a filibuster. Although filibuster rules are being followed.  Check out C-SPAN2 on TV or C-SPAN on your computer. They have a live feed going on.

I read isn't filibustering because he will need to stop talking before the voting and that he can't stop the bill doing it.
Its more like a political message of not giving up.

It's all about campaigning for 2016. TC doesn't give a rats ass about people's healthcare, nor actually governing the nation. Screw the GOP.
