SCOTUS Opinions

released today did not include the 2 big ones.  Same sex marriage and obummercare.  The court releases opinions on Thursdays and Mondays.  The courts ends it session on Monday so its out by then.

My prediction, all the other non-controversial opinions will be out Thursday with the 2 biggies next Monday.  Just as the Court heads for the hills and the streets of DC are packed with gay obummer supporters.  If either or both are shot down by the court, katie bar the door and start passing ammunition.

Of course those are generally the modern liberals who will not be in a position to shoot back, but through the ages the peons were able to storm and take the castle with pitchforks and hoe handles.

I suggest you not be in DC or big modern cities either Thursday or next Monday morning around 10am.

If it comes down the way it should (insurance) the Liberals will be screeming, What are the Republicans going to put in its place. I say NOTHING, let it go back to the way it was. If you didn't want or need insurance you didn't have to buy it. Anyway because NObammacare is such a failure  doesn't mean the Republicans have to come up with an answer. You screwed up, not one Republican voted for it so suck it up and shut the F*** up.

Anyone notice obummer has commented that if it falls its the Repubs fault and problem.  It is up to them to repair or replace.

I think they should just say, its your prez.  No repub supported, we all attempted to repair, correct, fix, rework it so it could work but dems did not let us.  Strict party line vote, its your problem.

Sen. McConnell & House Speaker Boehner are worthless. I am sure they have a plan in action (Bill) that will extend the subsidies for "X" period of time. Probably through the 2016 Nov. Presidential election.

If "they" only put me in charge of coming with the new US Health Care system:

> Have the ability to shop for insurance across state lines
> Have the ability to shop for the specific insurance you need, e.g. 60 year old women do not need birth control meds,
> Give everyone within the country the ability to have a "tax free health care saving's account" with a limit of $10K for each saving's
   account. No limit would be even better
> Based on what the government is spending on the Affordable Care Act .gov could put into each persons health care saving's
   account annually $10K. The cost would be $3.1B vs $100B a year. Over years that saving's account would grow
> Eliminate unnecessary medical law suits (Medical Tort Reform).
