Well this law is absurd at many levels however the first thing that came to mind was the reduction in value of the antique lever action, cap lock and flint lock long guns when the RDF chip is applied I own.

Quite possibly the stupidest waste of resources I've seen lately. I hope any Kentuckians effected will not comply with such measures.

It is really difficult for me to fathom how the Kentucky state gov would even contemplate this kind of action.  This is the kind of thing that you would expect to hear coming out of a whackhouse like California or NY. 

And the lefty lady who is reporting on it in this article is giving me a headache trying to comprehend how someone can go through life being so naive.  I am sure she is a sweet woman who obviously thinks that everyone, criminal and law abiding citizen alike, will all join hands someday and sing kumbaya.  ( Just like in England and Australia.) 

Oh man, where did I put that aspirin?
