Ron Paul is the only candidate who can galvanize the public and beat obama. Perry Romney Bachman and Cain wont be able to pull the amount of support from the people to win. the Repubs have to know this but they still wont get behind RP because they have to protect their interests and not those of the nation. The coorprate owned news media is intentionaly stone walling RP simply to protect there asses in the short term, consiquenses be damned for the rest of us. we should change the signs to read Welcome to the Corprate states of America.

THIS is what I just can't understand about all these goons that say that Ron Paul "can't win" .. "can't beat Obama"... what, do they think that all the Perry/Romney/Bachmann fans are gonna vote for OBAMA!!?!? if Paul gets the nomination???? fucking morons, I swear...

fact of the matter is that Paul is capable of stealing ALOT more votes from the liberal side because of his anti-war message. (even though we all know that Obama is a war-lover just like the rest, but many of the libs haven't seemed to figure that out yet)

I can't believe I'm doing this but... to quote Jon Stewart [referring to all the GOP candidates aside from Paul]: "the rest are just moral majorities in a tri-cornered hat"

I don't think Paul will get the nomination, but I definitely think that if he did, he would beat Obama. I mean "generic republican" beats Obama in every poll, if you can lose to an imaginary candidate, I think the writings on the wall at that point.
