About time they release this to the public
-
Yeah, I was really surprised to see this on the WSJ! Maybe the world is waking up?
-
Don't be surprised if some stupid fuck starts asking for a "sniper rifle" ban
-
The WSJ article had a lot more detail. I scanned it as a pdf if anyone wants it. Not sure how to post it.
-
DM, under the white typing field you will see a + Attachments and other options. Click it and then go to the Browse option. Go into your PDF file library and select (Click) the file you want. Then click the normal post button. Viola!

JM - Thank you.

 Thanks DM!

Thanks for posting that! I don't have a subscription so I wasn't able to read the whole thing.

I'm kind of skeptical that is was a terrorist attack, I'm thinking it was probably some idiot who decided to use the power plant as target practice. Now its my opinion not fact so don't chew me up for post ya hear me.
-
I worry it was a test run. See how much they had to do to bring things down, how long until the police came, etc. It could just be some schmuck who thought it'd be fun to shoot stuff up (teenager with dad's gun, maybe?), but it sounds a little sophisticated for that.

Thanks for posting the article DM. It sounds like a little bit of planning went in to it. Cut phones ? Could be to see what if anything was disabled.... or anybody who watches tv crime drama and thinks that cutting the lines makes em undetectable? Sounds like it could be a test of not just what it takes to bring it down, but could also be testing response and what assets respond, by what route. Not knowing the area, wonder what other crimes happened in the patrol area while resources were committed at the power company?

Yup brat, "probe, challenge and record."
