Ultimately, by simply refusing to fly, puts the airlines out of business, as well as business's relying on people traveling. So, that being established, it comes down to peaceful protest and making it difficult for everyone flying. If the flying experience is hindered for everyone because of necessary procedure according to the TSA, due to a certain person not complying with the assault on his/her 4th Amendment rights, then it becomes a reality for everyone that the TSA has got to go or at least change policy. Kind of like what Senator Rand Paul did recently, which was a simple refusal to cooperate and took his 4th Amendment rights seriously. It created a bit of a hassle and he was noticed by a large audience.
