Well now; Reuters has posted an article reporting that the oil from the US Strategic Oil Reserve that President O' Biden released was in part sent to other countries like China.

More than 5 million barrels of oil that were part of a historic U.S. emergency reserves release to lower domestic fuel prices were exported to Europe and Asia last month, according to data and sources, even as U.S. gasoline and diesel prices hit record highs. - Reuters

Given the "proper incentive", any cadre of lower echelon should be able to finger those who called the shots - all the way to the top.  Where incentive is concerned, good men will necessarily have to do bad things.
 Somehow I doubt our next civil war will be as "organized" with "grey" against "blue".
How, with July 4th mass shooting and "Biden's" offloading of oil from our SPR to China lead to anything els?
