That means Zimmerman will be charged and arrested. Sounds to me like this prosecutor was put into place, just to go after Zimmerman's head and cool the mob behavior down.
The people calling for Z's head, will see this is that they can force the government to take any action that they want.
I don't know if Z is guilty or not, I wasn't there, but supposedly, the Police who were there, felt there was no evidence that he was lying about self-defense.
To me, this seems like its a manufactured crisis. I don't know whether he will be found guilty or not, but hopefully the truth will come out during the trial.
One thing to learn to ignore is all the media hype about this one single incident that is absolutely ridiculous and blown way out of proportion.
Also, I guess if you're white and you're getting your brains beat in against the pavement by a black kid, think twice about using lawful self-defense, because you're most likely going to get called a murderer and a racist. Even if you are found to be not guilty, you'll be labeled as such for the rest of your life.
Someone who is 6'2" healthy and strong is perfectly capable of causing grave bodily harm to you, and maybe even death, with just their hands. I've had the crap beat out of me by a 6'3" black, muscular, lean 15 year old before, believe me, its possible, and they are very strong.
Which reminds me, I really need to find a way to learn hand to hand techniques when someone is whooping your butt, but is unarmed. Then you don't have to resort to a firearm when you're getting your butt whooped bad.
Also, another thing to remember. There is nothing stopping someone from killing you with a final blow or multiple blows, if you're unconscious.
