WhiskeyJack (like the name btw) a collapse sounds a good idea about right now at least we could to a certain extent start over assuming over 200 years of freedom and fighting wasn't in vain.

Please EJR I am not picking on you with these comments and or questions. If I didn't respect you I wouldn't take the time to write these paragraphs.

It is apparent to me that you are very bummed with the latest decision of the SC - I am too. Personally I think it is a miscarriage of our Constitution; However it is what it is and people will react differently as people do when their is a death of a friend or a relative.

I think we need to get out our old Tea Party flags and hats and help to drum up support for our candidates. Both local and state as well as nationally. It is a way for me to work through my disappointment.

EJR, what do you propose we do? What are you going to do? I am interested in your perspective. Thanks.

Work on getting Libertarian and 3rd party candidates into office through the Libertarian party.  I know that probably won't work, but its all I've got.  The Tea Party is NOT going to get the job done, they have just been taken back under the wing of the Establishment Republican Slave Plantation.  It leads to the same exact result that we have had for 150 years in this country.  It is futile and useless.  We see how the Republican Party treats REAL freedom and liberty lovers like Ron Paul and Gary Johnson.  They spit them out and sit there and just ridicule them and make fun of them.  Fuck them.  Its impossible for Libertarians to try and take over the Republican party.  The establishment is dug in too deep and is designed now to keep that hijack from happening.  Its all by design.

Check this out

Obamacare now invalid because tax bills must originate in House

http://www.examiner.com/article/obamacare-now-invalid-because-tax-bills-must-originate-house

According to the United States Constitution, all tax bills must originate in the House of Representatives. This law originated in the Senate, because at the time the Democrats were selling it as a purchase - not a tax. Since the Supreme Court has ruled that the law is indeed based on a tax increase, it would have had to be initiated as a bill in the House of Representatives.

Consequently, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Law is unconstitutional on a different criteria than the ones considered by the Supreme Court in this latest landmark decision. By calling the individual mandate unconstitutional but allowing the law as a federal program to be funded by new taxes, Justice Roberts essentially nullified the law.

Sledge,
I have been hearing the same thing. I also have been hearing that the main streem media is now having "talking heads" come on their Sunday shows claiming it isn't a tax.   [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at

I'm so confused.

Bingo!  The talking heads and the media is there to just keep you in a constant state of confusion so that you do not properly know how to react or prepare for what is actually happening.  Its all by design.
