9 Cops Shoot Pedestrian

multiple times each.  Needless to say he is DRT. 

Pay close attention to the last 2 rounds.  Obviously 2 shotgun rounds, bearer of which comes across the road about 10 seconds prior to first round, and are fired after civilian was down, flat on road and not moving.

I see no real validation of the first round from the cop side. 

Bad shoot all around.

As obvious as the day is long - he was carrying a "backpack nuke" and was preparing to detonate it.

Two things:

1) let somebody else carry the backpack nuke
and
2) don't expect every attempt at surrender will go without a hitch when the goons come to your door at 0500.

The gratuitous shotgun reminds me of "Harry and the Hendersons"

"Shoot him anyway"...
