Apparently on Monday President O' Biden made a comment, that...
"And I might add: The Second Amendment, from the day it was passed, limited the type of people who could own a gun and what type of weapon you could own. You couldn't buy a cannon,"

Bottom-line, O'Biden will do anything that is illegal even if he knows that it will be overturned by the SCOTUS. The man is a shit skid mark on the US Constitution.

I heard him say something similar earlier in the year. I know several people that own cannons, apparently Poopypants has never gone to a Civil War re-enactment. Or he's just outright lying, like he's done his entire time on the government teat.

The problem I see is, People are so ignorant that they believe the Bullshit that comes out of Politicians mouths. Until 1935, you could own any weapon that the Military had. Hmmmm..... We could own anything we wanted for 146 years and it was fine. Then when the bank robbers and organized crime folks came along during Prohibition and then the Depression, they took our 2nd Amendment rights away. As for Cannons, we can own all the Cannons we want but we aren't allowed to have explosive rounds.

What you wrote PKv is 100% correct. Also, as prohibition was ending nobody could figure out what to do with the revenue agents.
"I got it! Lets form a new FLEA group and call it Bureau Alcohol, tobacco, and Firearms" some politician proposed. Post the McVeigh bombing "they" decided to add explosives to the departments job description.

I believe mcveigh event was a deepstate action for just this purpose and possible other reasons
