Thats the big hitter right there... bassically all the autoloading pistols in the state will have illegal magazines in 1 year.

1) Ugly looking rifles in NY state are already registered. To buy a ugly looking rifle or any firearm for that matter in NY are
    registered.  A guy I know has a state issued plastic card that lists all of the firearms he owns in his home. He explained to me
    that if he is stopped on his way to or from a registered range the officer can compare the firearms he has with him to his card-
    Description and serial #.
2) What a great boom to anybody who would like to pick up some mags cheap. But who would want a 10 round mag?
3) Another reason to not live in New York who has one of the highest taxes in the country. People are fleeing NY state in similar
    qty's as Ca.
4) While driving through NY is it illegal to have mags greater than 7 rounds if they are empty? Locked up? Is it illegal to pass
    through NY with a ugly rifle that is locked in a hard case and no loaded? If it is illegal it is a violation of federal interstate
    commerce laws.

I suspect that the NRA will be getting involved on the federal interstate commerce laws pretty quickly.

Should be interesting to watch as things develop.

So they basically just said.

You can't have magazine's and if we call you mentally unstable you lose your shit. If you don't then your a terrorist.....

They basically just reinforced the patriot act while removing magazines.

I don't know if you have gone to the Dr.'s lately but I have. The Nurse asked me all kinds of question that she plugged into a lap top. Several questions were about my and anybody who lives in my houses mental health AND questions about what guns I have. Well of course I refused to answer about 75% of the questions which upset the nurse to no end. She explained to me "I have to answer them because the government needed to know." English was not her first language and couldn't grasp the fact that I was refusing a directive from the government.

Well she left the room and after a short while the Dr. came in and started to ask me the questions I refused to answer earlier. He finally said, "Come on John  please play." I said no and asked him if he wanted me to leave. He said no and treated me. With that said I know he answered the questions for me and he put down no guns for that question.

Now let me ask this question: Does Barry have EO privileges in the Obamacare law...Like:
