Hot take: he pretty much said "everything I have to say is in the reportc. He punted on declaring innocence but admitted Barr made more parts of the report public than Mueller wanted and said he trusted is judgment on that.

In my opinion this changes nothing. Between the quote above (already on CNNs page) and his language of not being legally able to charge a President, he gave ammo to Dems. Since he didn't say guilty as charged, Republicans will seize on that.

He did say that there was a constitutional way to charhe a President AKA impeachment but in my opinion he did not suggest being for or against that.

Trump is investigated and they list ZERO crimes committed but they imply there must have been some and hands it off the congress
