Are we really surprised? The question is where did they get them? The assumption should be if they have them Iran does also. Either that or this is the equivalent to WMD's in Iraq.

No fucking way.
If they do. It will " slip " through our net and blow a very small hole " somewhere " resulting in yet another 10 year " conflict " in which the real fighting will only last 23 days. [img]http://www.arrse.co.uk/at

Honestly, we heard this shit before Iraq.
The "royal we" are just looking to start another war.
North Korea has nukes the size of a Chevy Astro van and a conventional army with 50+ year old equipment, these little fuckers are starving, the last thing we need to do is start a war on the chinese border (or the Russian border in the case of Iran).

The puppeteers want another conflict in the world involving the US to keep the sheep occupied.

Wilson WW1
FDR WW2
Truman Korea
Kennedy LBJ
Bush Iraq/Afghanistan

This is a small excerpt from NY Times today.
"He added that ?we believe Pyongyang has already taken initial steps? toward fielding what he called a ?road-mobile intercontinental ballistic missile.? He appeared to be referring to the KN-08, provided to North Korea by a Russian company and based on the design of a Russian submarine-launched nuclear missile."
This is stripped from wiki on their sub capabilities.
"The Korean People's Navy is not known to have any ballistic missile submarines in its inventory, but has acquired 2 Foxtrot class and 10 Golf-II class submarines for scrapping in 1993. The latter are capable of firing three SLBM. It is possible that North Korea has refurbished some of those with the help of more than 20 Russian experts or upgraded them to accommodate the larger Musudan-1. Another option is that their launch tubes have been studied, and either externally fitted to Romeo/Whiskey-class submarines, or simply deployed on a cargo ship. In both cases, the DPRK has vessels capable of striking American bases in Japan, Guam, Hawaii, or even targets on the west coast of the United States."
All that said it really comes down to a waiting game. Keep in mind two of their submarines went missing over a week ago. I can't find any sources on what class the subs were or capabilities, but I believe it's safe to say Russia and China are behind the technology. Not that we of all nations should judge. We've been giving our enemies technology and selling weapons for decades.

What city on the west coast of mainland USA would Korea love to hit with a nuke? What city on the east coast of mainland of USA, Iran would love to nuke?

These guys are under a super intense scrutiny, and any wrong move, they are toast. Nothing major will happen unless it allowed to happen by the powers that be.

If Kims open to ideas i say SF.

SF LOL!!! We could only hope. However you would cause the most human destruction in LA. Plus...Not to mention that the puppeteers might like to eliminate large urban fighting force, if you know what I mean. ;-)
Now on the east coast... I am sure Iran would like NYC but a more strategic target is about 200 miles SW of that city.
Just strategizing on what our enemies might target and why.
