I do not ask this illustrious group to get involved in politics much however on this one I will.
Banning "No Fly List" inductees from their 2nd Amendment rights apparently been in President Obama's tool belt since 2008. The following YT vid shows Rahm Emanuel talking about his plan back before the '08 Presidential Election.

As you all know, you get to be placed on the No Fly List without do process which is a violation of the 5th and 6th amendment to the Bill of Rights. Once on the No Fly List, you are not made aware of this nor are you given a way to be cleared from said list.
Please take 3 minutes to watch Mr. Emanuel's speech and then to post it on what ever media you visit. Please include reference to the fact that it is a violation to one's civil rights and if a No Fly Secret list can be put together, than what other lists can be put together in secret.

Yep, I recall a bill in motion recently, to make it a reality that anyone on an FBI terrorist watch list not be able to buy a gun. The NRA surprisingly opposes that bill too. I'm relatively confident that I'm on that list.

Interesting videos Ken.
If you have an extra $25- go into a gun str and ask the owner to run a background check just for kicks and giggles. I think in reality, it doesn't cost the proprietor a dime to do this. It is just another way to gain revenue.
You can also make a FOIA request which is free.

Interestingly the State of CT has already passed this. Another piece of legislation from CT proving that the whole Constitution thing is "really more of a guideline than a rule book" to them.

I don't understand CT. doing this. The No Fly List is a Federal List and as of this date, states do not have access to this list. ;)

Dont go throwing actual common sense into a decision. It sure makes all the sheeple feel better never mind the legality in the first place or as you pointed out the fact that there is no practical way for it to be implemented. This is the same type of gov thinking that has been pervasive since the "we need to pass it to find out whats in it" crap.
