This just boggles the mind.  Government out of control of the people. 

Next comes an air tax on breathing air.  Because air moves the clouds that drop the rain.  Not to mention in the H2O equation, the O stands for Oxygen.  So water is made of the stuff we breath so they will be claiming it next.  If you breath that air you are screwing with the water the government of Oregon is claiming dominion over.

How much more ridiculous can this get?  When it comes to Oregon's government control I suspect we'll find out.
