Title: Libyan Rebels with tac equippment?

So I seen this. Im working right now. I should be on calls but I seen this. And it tripped me out. These two guys are Libyan rebels. Now this is normal, after all, they are going through a rebellion. But it was the tricked out arms they carry. A silencer on a .380, a tac rail and red dot scope? How did these Libyan come across this stuff? Off dead Quadaffi guardsmen? Or by a hidden provider? What do you guys think?

if CIA is over ther you can bet, SF,DELTA and some of the other " we dont know your name " guys are over there as well

No, it's a Burris like an Acog.... Yeah I went there.

France and some other countries fund and arm the rebels and I think NATO is too. It was all over the news, not really hidden Seeker.
