Still think, Giggles moves into the POTUS role and CA. Gov. Newsom moves into the VP role. If this is all done before the midterms it will give the DEM's a boost. PLUS, it will get done with a DEM majority in both Houses. Just need a majority for the Presidents nomination to move into the Navel Observatory.
