A good friend shared with me this morning that former CIA Director John Brennan told MSNBC host Thursday, that the purge of civil libertarians throughout Congress and in parts of the country need to happen.

Sen, Sheldon Whitehouse (D RI), Sen. Ron Wyden (D OR), Sen. Tina Smith (D MN), Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D CT), Sen. Mazie Hirono (D HI), Sen. Tim Kaine (D VA) and Sen. Sherrod Brown (D OH) filed a ethics complaint (https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000177-26cf-d167-a57f-27ef49590000) Thursday with the Ethics Committee asking the Committee to begin an investigation into the conduct of Sen. Ted Cruz (R TX) and Sen. John Hawley (R MO) during the certification of state electors, January 6, 2021.

The complaint reads in part,

While Congress was debating Senator Cruz’s objection, a violent mob stormed the Capitol. These insurrectionists ransacked the building, stole property, and openly threatened Members of Congress and the Vice President.[1] Dozens of police officers were injured;[2] five people died, including U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick.[3] By proceeding with their objections to the electors after the violent attack, Senators Cruz and Hawley lent legitimacy to the mob’s cause and made future violence more likely.

It is interesting to witness the Democrats speaking unity out of one side of their mouths while wanting to sanction two Republican senators and getting ready to be part of impeachment proceedings this coming week.

'They' are coming after you. The purge of our leaders in Washington D.C. is only the beginning. They will eventually work their way down the food chain till they come to you.

Let the pogrom games begin.

Heck all of you here are already how many ranks above me? Screw it, let ALL Americans swamp the bastards with our "sedition" and "plotting". Didn't we have an Attorney General who voiced "concerns" about the reliability of returning vets?
The question:
Does anyone have the background or knowledge to comment on the security envelope of someone like a Brennan? Specifically, are distances measured in meters/yards between them and a potential rifleman's hide at all times, all venues, ingress, egress from office/home, etc.?
Or must we self-censor ourselves and bury "inflammatory" topics lest Brennan come for us earlier than otherwise?

I agree 110% - SADLY

All you need to do is look at history and the many times its been done before. The "leaders" create situations where one side is evil (hitler/Jews and non whites).

- The citizens know its wrong but they are scared to step up because of ridicule, jail time, secret police and public executions (could be in the form of social media shaming and forced to loose a job or actual death)

- Today most of society is completely ignorant of what's going on and or want to avoid any sort of conflict. They dont know this has been going on for decades.

- We've lost our educational system, judicial system from top to bottom, our history is being torn down and erased, censorship is out of control, all public servants forgot who they serve and much more

- The commies have gained so much power that they can begin to come into the light under the guise of "us good, all others bad" which translates into Trump and his supporters bad, racists, bigots, all other "ists", homophobe and all other "phobes"

- I hear many on our side talk a big talk but then follow up with something along the lines of "I'm here to protect MY family, not all the others", "I'm not a LEO, thats their job".... This makes it easier for the commies to go door to door with very little or no resistance

- As it is now, any resistance is shut down immediately via social media and media censoring, public shaming, large corporations refusing to hire or do business with Trump supporters. Hell they're trying to impeach him again and he's no longer in office!!!

Like GrayMan said, its NEEDS to get worse, hit rock bottom, before anyone wakes up

Heres a scary thought - History also shows that when the uprisings begin, there is outside assistance from other Countries. Can anyone name any other Country willing to come help us?

To do so would give the Elites just what they want. The time will come for you or a group of folks to get-together to protect a friend, family member, or neighbor from being arrested by the D.C. alphabet soup Staci however, to publicly announce you are looking for the intel to shoot someone is not the correct approach at this time. ;)

May instead I suggest the following, to channel your frustration,

> Get some training. NC Scout training classes are A+. If you have attended some you know what I mean.
> Get to know your neighbors. Figure out where they fall when the chips come crashing down, which they will. Heck the D.C. alphabet Staci arrested a 31-year-old man today in Florida who posted anti Elite memes back in 2016, Douglas Mackey AKA Rickt Vaughn (https://noqreport.com/2021/01/27/feds-indict-pro-trump-twitter-troll-ricky-vaughn-over-memes-shared-during-2016-election).
> Get your ham ticket if you haven't done so already. Comms are going to be so important when the SHTF.

Bottom-line, turn that frustration and anger into something productive to meet the demand that will come tomorrow. Me, I am going to buy an Alaskan Mill. Gotz to have a skill when the economy crashes. ;)

And who stepped up to help Douglas? Nobody! Even if you were there you would have backed off because you have no idea what is going on or why. All you know is the feds are taking someone away for some reason. He won't be the last!!!!

I'm sure most of you know this story, but...
Back at the height of the Civil Rights movement, there were a group of folks known as "freedom riders". Mostly younger folks who had a strong belief that racial injustice was wrong. Some of them headed down to Mississippi and ran afoul of the Klan and were killed. There was big federal investigation at the Kennedy's (both liberal Democrats) insistance that lead to the trial of those responsible. Since murder is a state crime and not a federal crime, they were tried in a Mississippi court and found not guilty. The feds stepped in and created a new way to try those guys, under the heading that the dead folks civil rights had been violated. As that was a federal issue, they were tried in a federal court and justifiably convicted.

So what are "Civil Rights"?

In short, the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Now, bear with a very quick, lightweight history lesson. The founders knew the importance of those rights and knew the dangers government posed to those same rights. Therefore our first national government was a confederation, not a federal government. Problem was it didnt work well. So they made the Constitution a few years later, but were flatly told by several of the states that it would not fly without those same civil liberties being protected. So they hashed out the Bill of Rights, attached it to the proposal for the Constituion, the various States agreed and viola, we became a federal republic.

Fast forward back to the Civil Rights movement of the 1960's. A host of new laws, largely spearheaded by Democrats, ostensibly to protect the common man and set us all "equal under the law".
Now fast forward to today. We have that same party, the Democrats, threatening those self same civil rights-openly and brazenly. Abridgement to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of religion, and the freedom to protect yourself and others. And if you don't agree, you're no longer equal under the law in our current cancel culture. It looks like those Democrats have conviently forgotten the rights thay once championed. See the irony?
I imagine if the founders saw what they created they'd hold their heads in shame. Hopefully they would call for reform. Perhaps they'd call for revolution again. Afterall, they revolted over essentially what amounted to a 2 percent tax rate, enforced by British troops.
And now we have federal troops "guarding" the capitol, against its own citizens. The parallels are frightening.
It is my feverent hope that the moderates up in the national ~~cesspool~~, er capitol, pull their heads out of their collective nether regions and reign in the idiots currently in control. I don't have a lot of faith in that, and thats the saddest part of it.
I'll just add this. Back in the Revoltionary War, one of the catchphrases that could be found on some of the rebels flags was "An Appeal to Heaven". If you're the praying type, I believe an appeal to heaven for some sort of common sense to break out is desperately needed.
