Over at The Gateway Pundit this morning, I read an appeal from Pete Schwartz to the judge assigned to his case and to you, the public.

Schwartz was arrested on February 2, 2021, and has yet to be charged with a crime. His arrest, more than likely, was due to his presents in the Capital Building on January 6, 2021.

Here is the article that Jim Hoft wrote for The Gateway Pundit and published yesterday, Friday 3, 2021.

Imbedded in the GP article is a copy of the 23-page appeal and Motion to the Court hand written by Schwartz. It is an amazing read, well worth your time.

Then over at Survival Magazine Schwartz wrote and then released through SM another letter. It too is worth your time to read. January 6 Protester Sends Letter From Jail, Begs for Help, Says ?Police Repeatedly Tried to Incite a Riot?.

This incarceration is truly a miss carriage of justice. While jail and or prison is just a revolving door for many criminals not unlike accused mass murder Darrell Brooks, from the Waukegan, Wisconsin, Christmas parade. A man is sitting in prison since February 2, 2021 with his Constitutional rights being violated. Is this America anymore?

I almost never donate money to a cause however, I did to Pete Schwartz's legal fund.
