Interesting theory about GOP nominees...
« on: January 26, 2012, 10:51:15 AM »
Heard about this possible theory. Interesting and has enough background that it might have pretty long legs....

The quick and dirty on this theory centers around the K Street Project. Basically it is an effort by the Republican Party (GOP) to pressure Washington lobbying firms to hire Republicans in top positions, and to reward loyal GOP lobbyists with access to influential officials. With three of the four nominees heavily involved in K Street at some point and probably leaving Gingrich, Romney, and Santorum pretty much unelectable, if things check out. That leaves Ron Paul as last man standing. I've not done alot of research into the whole debacle, but I'm starting to see names, places, and dates starting to match up. We'll see if it's total b.s. or not. Just thought I'd throw this out and see what others think. Tinfoil hat firmly on.
