If only all our reps were that passionate about liberty and freedom, we'd probably be alright.

Kinda expected security to sneak up behind him to put a syringe full of Thorazine in his neck... like the old Soviet Union days.

Nice temper tantrum because he can't get his way. Booohoooo..........

I would like to think that if the founding fathers disagreed, that they NOT put on a utterly childish display like this?

They had fistfights, stabbings and duels back in the day when people didn't agree in session.  Some had better control over their tempers than others.

Maybe, but still disgraceful behavior. I'd be okay with black powder pistol duels in government.

honestly I think it's refreshing to see reps getting pissed like that. our elected officials are generally so cozy that they either "let us eat cake" or not, either way, oh well... nbd.. whatev..

you may see it as a childish hissy fit, I see it as a man who's fucking had enough of the bullshit and venting his anger. IMO, +1000000000000 to this guy. his little tantrum may not have actually accomplished anything but to me it's at least a small sign that SOME people, however few, still care enough to come unglued like that. it's either a five-star Hollywood performance, or he truly cares about his constituents. for once I'll be optimistic and lean towards the latter.

Fair enough NOLA. But would you say the something if he was a Democrat speaking out against a Republican? It's all a bunch of bullshit. Either govern and work together all as citizens of this nation, or let someone else willing to do the job. Bost can have a hissy-fit on his own dollar, and I would say the same thing no matter what party was the offending numbskull.

@crudos

You say "hissy fit,"  I say "moment of clarity."
