UP, sent me a link this morning outlining California's new anti-truckers statute,
"AB-5".
The new law, passed and signed by Democrats, essentially outlaws independent contractors from operating transport trucks in the state of California. When it goes into effect later this week ? after the US Supreme Court refused to intervene last week ? California will be hit with a ?truckpocalypse? shutdown of transportation capacity. - Uncanceled
