History Repeats Itself - Biden's coming Fight With the Supreme Court

“Sick Chicken Case” — more formally known as,
Schechter Poultry v. United States and
Louisville Joint Stock Land Bank v. Radford ruling, which the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff's against Roosevelt's "New Deal" in 1935.
These two rulings basically killed Roosevelts' Fascist take over of private business through statutes passed in the Democrat controlled U.S. Legislature called,
the NRA (National Recovery Administration). Because of these decisions, Roosevelt started his push to add additional Associate Justices to the U.S. Supreme Court (Court Packing). Sound Familiar?
Eight-six years later, both the U.S. Legislative branches of our government are controlled by the Democrats and our President is a self-proclaimed Progressive in the image of Roosevelt. Perfect timing for
The Great Reset.
When these Progressive Bills are passed, we will see a similar fight today that happened in 1933 and '34 with challenges in the courts by State Attorney Generals and private businesses.
What will happen? Either,
1) The Supreme Court will rule as before in the two 1935 mentioned cases, or
2) The Supreme Court will rule in favor of the laws passed by the U.S. Legislature using the 2012 ruling on the
National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius ruling as precedent with Chief Justice Roberts favoring the right of Congress to pass laws.
If number 1 happens, the full court press will be happen on stacking the U.S. Supreme Court
and eliminating the super majority needed in the U.S. Senate, for a bill to be moved to the floor to be voted on.
If number 2 happens,
