Another new member?  Or just an advertising drive by?

Anyone willing to bet a nickel on the first 2 letters?  Or the first 3?

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

God created Man, Col. Sam Colt made him equal, John Moses Browning turned equality to perfection, Gaston Glock turned perfection into plastic fantastic junk.

When it said "Click On to let a few ads to get past your ad blocker" I knew right away it is an advertisement and not a new member.

Well, you might say I am a new member.  Been watching your site for a few months and this is my first post, so i'm not an advertising drive-by.  Tried a few times to participate in the monthly radio net but couldn't hear the net control from my QTH.

Since you ask, the initials represent my name: Brian Seamus.  So, i'm not trying to "BS" anyone.  Seamus is Irish for James, my grandfather, so my name reflects my Irish heritage.

BS, I suggest going to the Introductions portion of the forum and introduce yourself.  Folks here are reasonably suspicious of new members for very good reasons.  I look forward to your postings here on the forum, and I hope to work you on one of the HF nets.  There should be a net coming up soon.

Not like the initial hypothesis was unwarranted, but I am glad that was not the case.

The site pushes out some really great articles and I liked this one as well.
Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight: My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.

Psalm 144:1-2
